1 Thessalonians 1:1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians
which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and
peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 2:1 For yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was
not in vain:
1 Thessalonians 2:2 But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully
entreated, as ye know, at
1 Thessalonians 2:8 So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have
imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because
ye were dear unto us.
1 Thessalonians 2:9 For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night
and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto
you the gospel of God.
1 Thessalonians 2:2 But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully
entreated, as ye know, at
1 Thessalonians 2:17 But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in
presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with
great desire.
1 Thessalonians 2:18 Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once
and again; but Satan hindered us.
Acts 17:1
Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to
Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews:
Acts 17:2
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned
with them out of the scriptures,
Acts 17:3
Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again
from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ.
Acts 17:4
And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout
Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.
Acts 17:5
But the Jews which believed not, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd
fellows of the baser sort, and gathered a company, and set all the city on an
uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them out to the
people.
Acts 17:6
And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the
rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are
come hither also;
Acts 17:10 And
the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who
coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
Acts 17:11

word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether
those things were so.
Acts 17:2
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned
with them out of the scriptures,
Acts 17:3 Opening
and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the

Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.

unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:
and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him
not.

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him
stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities:
the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Acts 17:13
But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was
preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.
Acts 17:14
And then immediately the brethren sent away Paul to go as it were to the sea:
but Silas and Timotheus abode there still.
Acts 17:15
And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and receiving a
commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all speed, they
departed.
1 Thessalonians 3:1 Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be
left at Athens alone;
1 Thessalonians 3:2 And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our
fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you
concerning your faith:
1 Thessalonians 3:3 That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know
that we are appointed thereunto.
1 Thessalonians 3:6 But now when Timotheus came from you unto us, and brought us good
tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good remembrance of us
always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:
1 Thessalonians 3:7 Therefore, brethren, we were comforted over you in all our affliction
and distress by your faith:
Romans 1:7
To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and
peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 1:8
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is
spoken of throughout the whole world.
Romans 1:9
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son,
that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
Romans 1:10
Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey
by the will of God to come unto you.
Romans 1:11
For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the
end ye may be established;
Romans 1:12
That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of
you and me.
Romans 1:13
Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come
unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also,
even as among other Gentiles.
Romans 1:14
I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to
the unwise.
Romans 1:15
So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at
Rome also.
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto
salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that
Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according
to the scriptures:
Romans 1:16 For
I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto
salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 16:25
Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the
preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which
was kept secret since the world began,
Romans 16:26
But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to
the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the
obedience of faith:
Matthew 21:8
And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down
branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
Matthew 21:9
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna
to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna
in the highest.
Zechariah 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem:
behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and
riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
Matthew 21:33
Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a
vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a
tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:
Matthew 21:37
But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.
Matthew 21:38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is
the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.
Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name
of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the
Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:44
And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
Acts 2:45
And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man
had need.
Matthew 24:13
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Romans 1:11
For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the
end ye may be established;
Romans 1:12
That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of
you and me.
Romans 1:15
So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at
Rome also.
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto
salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 11:13
For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I
magnify mine office:
Romans 1:17
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is
written, The just shall live by faith.
Romans 1:18
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Romans 1:29
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness,
maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Romans 1:30
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil
things, disobedient to parents,
Romans 1:31
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable,
unmerciful:
Romans 2:1
Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for
wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest
doest the same things.
Romans 2:2 But
we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which
commit such things.
Romans 2:3
And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and
doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Romans 2:4
Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering;
not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Romans 2:5
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath
against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Romans 2:6
Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
Romans 2:17
Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of
God,
Romans 2:18 And
knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being
instructed out of the law;
Romans 2:19
And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them
which are in darkness,
Romans 2:20
An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of
knowledge and of the truth in the law.
Romans 2:25 For
circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker
of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
Romans 2:26
Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not
his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
Romans 2:27
And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge
thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
Romans 2:28
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision,
which is outward in the flesh:
Romans 2:29
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart,
in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there
is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Romans 3:10 As
it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:11
There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
Romans 3:19
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are
under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become
guilty before God.
Romans 3:20
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his
sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Romans 3:21
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed
by the law and the prophets;
Romans 3:22
Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and
upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 1:11
For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the
end ye may be established;
1 Thessalonians 3:2 And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our
fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you
concerning your faith:
Acts 17:2
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned
with them out of the scriptures,
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation
to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
