Following Paul in Believer's Baptism

Brother E. C. Moore

Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Eph 2:9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Col 2:10  And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

1Co 15:3  For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the

scriptures;

1Co 15:4  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Phi 3:21  Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working

whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ

should be made of none effect.

1Co 1:18  For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of

God.

2Ti 2:2  And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall

be able to teach others also.

2Ti 1:13  Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Rom 11:13  For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

Eph 3:2  If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

1Co 9:17  For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto

me.

1Co 15:51  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1Co 15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be

raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ

should be made of none effect.

Mat 28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy

Ghost:

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ

should be made of none effect.

Mar 16:15  And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Mar 16:16  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ

should be made of none effect.

Act 1:4  And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait

for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

Act 1:5  For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

Mat 3:11  I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am

not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

Act 8:36  And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth

hinder me to be baptized?

Act 8:37  And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus

Christ is the Son of God.

Act 8:38  And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch;

and he baptized him.

Act 8:39  And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him

no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ

should be made of none effect.

Act 1:5  For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

Act 2:32  This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Act 2:33  Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost,

he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Eph 4:1  I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

Eph 1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in

heavenly places in Christ:

Eph 6:12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the

darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eph 4:2  With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Eph 4:3  Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Eph 4:4  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

Eph 4:5  One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

1Co 12:13  For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free;

and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Gal 3:26  For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

Gal 3:27  For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Gal 3:28  There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in

Christ Jesus.

1Co 12:13  For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free;

and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

1Co 12:14  For the body is not one member, but many.

1Co 2:13  Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth;

comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1Co 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he

know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1Co 3:19  For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

Act 16:31  And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Rom 6:4  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the

glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Col 2:12  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath

 raised him from the dead.

Pro 3:5  Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Eph 4:5  One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

Eph 4:3  Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Eph 4:4  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

1Co 12:13  For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free;

and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Eph 5:18  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Eph 4:4  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

Eph 4:5  One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

1Co 15:3  For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the

scriptures;

1Co 15:4  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

2Ti 4:7  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Act 22:21  And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles.

Rom 11:13  For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

Eph 3:2  If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

2Ti 4:7  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Luk 12:31  But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Luk 12:33  Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth

not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.

Act 2:44  And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

Act 4:32  And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the

things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

2Th 3:10  For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

Luk 12:24  Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth

them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

Luk 12:27  Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory

was not arrayed like one of these.

2Co 12:14  Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but

you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

1Ti 5:8  But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse

than an infidel.

2Ti 4:7  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

2Ti 4:8  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at

that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Eph 4:5  One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

1Co 15:3  For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the

scriptures;

1Co 15:4  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Rom 10:13  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
